Installed easy on Windows 10, even with older driver. The quick start guide is all graphics, but the rest of it about the CD part is where it shines. Took just a minute to get it going wireless and print the first page. Printers used to be so hard. Was delighted it came with a new toner cartridge. I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |
