Windows 10 Lite Version For Old Laptop

Old desk top was struggling with running Win-10 32bt. Only had 4gb ram, when opening a few picture/ video apps it was wheezing and stumbling all over the place. I checked Dell support to see if two 2gb would work with two 8gb in my 7010 Opti, both they and Crucial said it would, and boy does it! Note that the max ram for 32bit Windows is only 4gb, if you upgrade ram over 4 gb you have to switch to the 64bit Windows version for the system to recognize/use the added ram. You Tube has tons of info on how. Was a Very Good investment!

Worked great with my Windows 10 laptop. I did not need to use the Driver DVD.

This is just what was needed for more flexibility during presentations. Works great with my Windows 10 laptop.

Be using it to connect a laptop to Ethernet and work works without any issues in Windows 10.

I had a lite version with Edius 10 video editing software. It worked pretty good. So I bought the full version to run with Resolve 17 and Adobe Audition. It works really well on natural room reverb.

The lite version is exactly what you would expect from a lite version of anything, with the refinements in tow as well. It's also stylish and durable. I was originally going to buy a Tumi backpack for the size I was seeking, and ended up somehow getting a PRVKE lite. It's more of a head-turner, it's more practical, it's more durable, and it's more comfortable. 10/10 PS please please please make a PRVKE slim version too if you ever think about an even thinner version designed for compact fixed lens kits (think x100v + batteries or GRIII + batteries). Don't need the full height compartment for camera cubing, more like a... side access zipper that leads to a very shallow single cube on the side?

Tested with Shure SM58S mic on windows 10 PC/Laptop. Works with both.

I bought it to upgrade our Samsung laptop. It fits and I was able to install Windows 10 with no problems.

Plug and play, no problems. I have always had good luck with Asus products. So far I copied my document and photo files onto double layer blu ray discs and burned a tv movie that was recorded on my hard drive to a blu ray which came out perfect. One odd thing, the enclosed software would not install, I ended up buying version 13 versus the enclosed version 8 of recording software that was included with the drive. No trouble at all with version 13, I have a feeling it had something to do with the changes in the latest Windows 10 version that the version 8 didn't like. Even with that little drawback, I'm very happy with the performance of this drive, just expect to buy some burning software if you are using the latest Windows 10 version.

Remember when Win 10 was the last version of Windows? Yeah, me too. It's hard to find in both a physical media and with an install key. I'm not thrilled about the price but Bitlocker and being able to remote into a PC are things I use so it had to be the Pro version. Mainly I got this as most upgrades/OEM licenses tie you to a motherboard, it dies and so does your license. The retail version is supposed to allow you to migrate to new systems, so thinking a fe years ahead and long term use.
