Windows 10 Settings For Slow Computer

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked.

I used it as a second drive for Windows 10 on my Ubuntu computer. There were no problems with the drive itself

I bought these for our company to do at home recorded videos on their laptops with better audio quality than the built in laptop microphone. I just tested it and compared it to the laptop mic and there is a very noticeable increase in quality when using the usb lav. At first it was way too over modulated but then I realized I needed to tweak the mic settings in windows 10. First, plug it in and let it download the drivers automatically. Then, type the word sound in the windows 10 search bar and click sound settings. In there, go to the microphone area and make sure the usb lav is the active one selected. Once it is, click on device properties and in that menu adjust the volume slider until you have a proper microphone level that isn't topping out too much to the right on the sound level bar. I put mine around 40-50 but it depends on how close the mic is to you mouth.

Installed it with windows 10 on a four year old MB, refreshed my computer and it works great!

I just retired from a long career as a lawyer and I wanted to do something completely different and relaxing for my first week off of full time work. I do a lot of photography as a hobby and I have many tens of thousands of high resolution photographs. It was taking forever to back up my hard drives. Therefore, I decided to spend my first week building a new computer myself for the first time. I chose these SSDs because of their reputation for reliability and because of their higher data transfer speeds. Long story short, much to my joy and amazement the computer has run flawlessly from the instant I plugged it in and pushed the on button. I could not be happier. The system was fun to build, I learned a lot about building and setting up my own system. The new system is working beautifully. It is stable and blazing fast compared to my old rig. Lightroom and Photoshop are working MUCH faster Also, I have to say thank you to the people at B&H. They patiently answered my questions when I was deciding what components to purchase. The folks that I talked to were very knowledgeable and helpful. They promptly helped me to swap out a couple of components which were delayed due to back ordering, so all of the parts were ready when I was to finish the project. THANK YOU.

After upgrading to Windows 10 my HP computer the built-in sound card stopped working and I couldn't find a driver to work with Windows 10, this small device was simple to install, just plug the device to a USB port and installed it's own driver automatically and it was up and running in no time. I don't mind the device sticking out is just like any USB drive.

I use this hard drive to backup my pictures and data. It easily mounts on my Windows 10 computer at home and is easy to use.

Worked perfectly and was super easy to break down into 3 separate volumes using Windows 10 Computer Management program. My choices were 2tb for General Purpose-2, and 5tb each for Back-up-1 & Back-up-2
