I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I bought my television in 2017 so I think it is a smart tv but I couldn't get HBO Max on it even though I could get it on my computer. Then I ordered BRIT Box and couldn't get that either. NOW I have Roku and I can get everything - Love it! 5 |

Years ago I bought a canon prosumer camera from B&H. In November 2017 I had buy another Apple computer. All the plugs changed and were incompatible with cable on my camera. I spoke with a technician at B&H who guided me on what to get. Even showed me pictures and a link to the site. 5 |

I bought this last May, 2017, to back up my iMac using Time Machine. It is small, quiet and works great. The only complaint I have is that it occasionally stops backing up, showing the error on the computer. I have to restart the computer to get it going again. Not sure if this is a Mac problem or the drive. 5 |

This computer to replaces a 2017 MacBook Pro that had a battery failure. I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom regularly and was anxious to note the speed improvement. What I have noticed is that it runs cooler in my lap and Topaz DeNoise AI plugin runs significantly faster. I have not tried any major time consuming photo enhancement in either LR or PS as yet. 5 |
