Windows Laptop Shuts Down Unexpectedly

This has been a good quality Laptop. Starts up and shuts down very quick. It is great to have touch screen that works great, along with the screen that can be set up very quickly to watch a movie. I am very happy that I choose to purchase this Laptop and yes I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to purchase a new Laptop. 5 |

I bought the i7 version with 32 gig of RAM. Build quality is excellent. Very lightweight for the performance. Runs cooler than any laptop I have ever owned. My one complaint is the lack of dedicated Page Up/Down Home and End keys. You have to press a function key in combination with one of the four cursor arrow keys to move up or down quickly. My 2020 HP Spectre X360 is almost exactly the same size as the Dragonfly, yet HP managed to fit dedicated Home, End and Page Up/Down keys on the keyboard. For a high end laptop like the Dragonfly, it's inexplicable that they could not fit dedicated versions of these four frequently used keys on the keyboard. Other than this one issue, the laptop is fast and a perfect travel companion. The built in full size HDMI port is a nice touch for connecting an external monitor or projector. The touchpad is responsive and accurate. Battery life is great so far. Despite my one complaint about the keyboard, I would buy it again, but for this price, one expects perfection, not almost perfection. 5 |
