Windows Laptop With Fingerprint Scanner

I have a fingerprint reader on my laptop and wanted one on the desktop also. Works fine with Windows Hello and Roboform, a secure form filling app. One gotcha is that it didn't automatically download drivers. I downloaded them from the SecuGen website. No problems.

This laptop runs like you would want a computer to run. It’s very fast, no waiting on things to load. Its fingerprint scanner is great. The laptop is built very well and should hold up well with daily transportation. I’m completely in love with this thing. Best laptop I’ve ever owned!

The scanner is easy to set up on Windows 10, and could connect to my laptop and phone wirelessly, since they connect to the same WiFi. Scanning is fast and picture quality is good. The scanner can do 2-sided scan, that makes scanning bulk documents very quick and convenient. I like that the software could produce editable PDF for my further processing. I really like this safe. The biometric (fingerprint) reader works every time. The safe is a convenient size that fits under my bed such that one would have to lift the bed to take away the safe, yet it's convenient for me to access it.I mainly purchased this for a secure place to store things like my loose cash, silver and gold coins, credit cards not in my wallet, my passport and expensive watches. Although my home is quite secure this is more for when I have workers in the house or have a party. I didn't want the aforementioned items just sitting in a drawer. When I have people over, I push the safe more under the bed so it's not visible to anyone too.This safe is easy to set up and understand. It also includes 2 secure round type keys which you can use if the fingerprint scanner stops working or the 4 AA batteries die. Note the unit remembers your programmed fingerprints even if the batteries die in most cases.I also did a lot of research and this brand is not nearly as easily broken into but just pushing hard on things such as the finger scanner than other brands.Recommended!

It’s simple but gets the job done. Holds battery for 10-11 hrs. Fingerprint scanner is extremely useful. Front camera is average but works. If you want to browse the internet, use word, and email this is for you.

If you have an Apple chip laptop (I own a MacBook Air M1 2020), and you use an external screen (yes, a 2012 Apple Thunderbolt 27 monitor), then this keyboard is a must. I will never get used to the more compact keyboards without the numeric keypad and extra buttons, but most importantly this keyboard has a magic fingerprint sensor identical to the one on your laptop, so you can close the laptop-that-never-heats-up and enjoy all the perks of logins, password and authorizations using the fingerprint sensor. At $179 it is on the pricy side, but I value not needing a cable and the sensor, so overall very much worth it.

I love my laptop, its fast and works great. My desktop is Windows 7 pro and this comes with windows 8.1 home. I just need to upgrade it to pro and I'm good to go.

Worked great with my Windows 10 laptop. I did not need to use the Driver DVD.
