I recently upgraded and built my own computer. This processor is so fast and I can run so many programs with out having to worry about it slowing down. Would highly recommend this cpu. Keep in mind you will need a graphics card since this chip does not have onboard graphics. 5 |

the hardest parts of the process were deciding what to do with the two 4GB modules that came with the computer (I removed them and used the two slots for the new 16GB modules.... and learning how to access the RAM compartment (unplug the computer from the electrical outlet and press the little button hidden by it).... 5 |

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

Upgrading to 5 stars. Turns out the problem is that Apple shipped my computer with memory modules that run at 2133 instead of 2400 even though they are labelled 2400. So they won't work with actual 2400 speed memory. If you have the problem that the iMac won't start with added memory, google the micron part number and check the specs. Don't believe the pc2400 printed on the chip! The Crucial tech support people figured this out and they were SUPER 5 |
