Windows Screen Recorder And Volume

A must have for me when using this field recorder, the only thing missing is a screen! LED let you know when you're recording and what inputs you are using.

These neck-phones/speakers are excellent at virtually any volume. Using an HD music service supplies exceptional sound considering the connection is bluetooth. I do wish the Sony Headphones Connect App was available on windows 10 or 11 computers. The bluetooth connection through a windows device is abysmal. iPhone great,android great, Mac great

Are you a Windows user? Great. Here's what you need to do as this drive is formatted for MAC OS. Images included in this post with instructions 1)plug in the drive to your PC 2)open Disk Management. Where is that? Go to Help and Search 3) look for the Disk that shows 3726.02 Gig this is your new drive. 4)single click on the section that shows: 3725.83 then left click and Delete this volume. **Be Sure you are deleting the CORRECT volume! if you are not sure or biting your nails get professional help with this scenario! 5)Note the Disk# such as Disk 1 or Disk 2 etc and when the pop occurs select only THAT matching Disk# in my case it was #3 as in the image. 6)Once deleted it will show on your screen as Unallocated 3725.83 7)Right Click and choose New Simple Volume 8)Next prompt Assign a Drive Letter. I chose S for Sandisk though you can choose whichever you like that is available. Click Next. 9)Give the Volume a Name. I chose SanDisk 4TB but you can choose anything you wish, even Santa Claus, Easter Bunny etc :). Click Next 10)You are Done. The drive will now show in Windows for the Drive Letter you have chosen

When I learned the Surface Dial can be used with my non-Surface Windows 10 PC, I bought it as a perfect solution to having a volume knob to mute and control the volume as I listen to video with widely varying volumes between program segments and advertisements. And it does many other tricks as well. Great price on B&H.

The sound you can record with this recorder at this price range is amazing, not only you can use it as a recorder but also as a microphone that you can use directly to your windows/mac pc with a cable. Microphone is very sensitive so I suggest you get a windscreen

Works very well with Olympus 702PC recorder. Has clear voice when I am speaking and when others as far away as 30 ft in the open air. Very adjustable. Enables recorder to be in shirt pocket or jacket. Used concealed under shirt too and volume and clarity are great. If the shirt brushes against or hand moves it while recording. the recorder will pick it up. Make sure to get a recorder that has automatic volume control. It's a mono mic. The only minor thing about it that can be improved is the hood is fragile and falls off. I taped the back end of the hood to the mic with painters tape and it's fine. I am glad I got it. It's worth the investment. I recommend this product

does excatly what I needed it to do and it was to reduce the high volume output on a mixer to my field recorder. now I get clean audio levels and not peak my recordings.

Have lot of big windows and always had issues seen screen. …….. not now with Frame Well worth it. Wish we had brought before Will be better when can get BBC I player

It replaced a nuvi model that was old. I like most of the improvements (no more 'recalculating ' ). The volume is lower than my old model And the screen is not as bright. We will be taking our first trip with it soon.
