I have used Shokz headphones since back when they still offered wired models (2010 or before). I've had 4-5 sets and only one actually failed (I wore it out). I broke all the others with rough treatment. I did have one that an off-brand charging cord malfunctioned and damaged the charging port. The new charging connection is great!!! I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES and I wear them EVERY DAY! I use them for my own background music and answering phone calls. They are AWESOME and work well while I'm doing noisy work and wearing earplugs.
