Wired Internet To Computer Plus Wifi Router

Is the best router with wifi 6. Internet is fast and the coverage is awesome!

We were having struggles with our WiFi router that came with our internet, but this system makes our WiFi so much more accessible and faster! We love it.

Once set up it works great. Wired internet without the long wires. I like the wifi off. This makes it easier.

After replacing my wifi router with this AP the speed of the internet went up significantly. I was amazed.

The TP-Link AV600 Powerline Adapter is a little jewel for extending a wired Internet connection. Simply plug one unit into an AC wall outlet near a router and the other unit into an AC wall outlet in the area where one wants a wired Internet connection. Then, connect the unit by the router to the router with an Ethernet cable. Next, connect the other Powerline adapter to the device, e.g. computer, with another Ethernet cable. Now, one has a wired connection to the router. It works seamlessly by using the electrical wiring in one's building.

Had a gaming wifi router that was starting to have issues such as random devices getting booted off and then having to try multiple times to connect. Other oddities such as some admin screens failing to load, so even though it wasn't very old I decided to replace it with a good router. This one certainly fits the bill. I work from home so I wanted something solid and reliable with a UI that makes configuration clear. I have a Sinology NAS so I thought I would try out their router and wasn't disappointed. Had things set up in no time. I also appreciated being able to set up groups with hours restrictions to keep my kids from doing late-night browsing. Supports add-on software modules that enable it to provide additional services such VPN or DNS, but everything I needed was already baked in. I pretty much run my cablemodem into the router and then set up my WiFi for most devices, plus a few hard wired ones such as my NAS. I have 500Mb internet service and was able to get 386Mb via wifi to my older laptop. Local file copies hit slightly higher than that at 400-420mbps using the 802.11ac wifi connection, so ~400Mbps seems to be the upper limit on wifi. . Local wired connections hit 110MBs file copies which means it's pretty much maxing out what a 1Gbps connection can handle and the router seems fine with this throughput. I don't have any 2.5Gb devices so I couldn't see how that went. Looking forward to keeping this router around for a long time.

I bought the Nighthawk router and it has been my best internet investment. I've had problems with my old router just thinking I needed to buy a wifi extender. I bought another wifi extender again believing hat was the issue but finally got this Nighthawk router. It works so well in my 2000 square feet apartment that I don't even need the extenders. You won't be sorry for buying this! It's affordable and works so well!

I love my Netgear gigabit cable modem. Paired with my Netgear NightHawk router my internet/WiFi runs quick and smooth. My ISP has to repair my cable lines, but since then my internet/WiFi connection hasn’t dropped once. I highly recommend this product.

I wanted an inexpensive non-WiFi router to terminate my cable modem's Internet output. This is a nicely-constructed, small device that is working great for me. Initially, I had a problem with the router establishing a connection with my Internet provider's network, but TP-Link's support was immediately available and was very good in helping me resolve it.
