If you're looking for entry level this turntable is perfect. For a few more bucks get the Bluetooth version, but some say sound is better when directly wired to speakers. I am using the speakers with a desktop and a laptop setup. The desktop is hard wired via the green colored sound jack. The laptop connects via Bluetooth. Both work just right and provide an easy way to share one set of speakers. (my computers share the monitors and peripherals via a KVM switch). The only hang up was that it took patience and repeated attempts to get the laptop to recognize the speakers in Bluetooth setup. However, now that its been recognized, I don't have to repeat the process. Sound is very good (not audiophile quality, but quite passable for computer speakers). 5 |

Also more than expected. I bought this to drive outdoor speakers and figured I'd spend a few more dollars to get Bluetooth. Well B&H must be showing a slightly older model because what I received also has an SD card slot in addition to the USB port and it will play mp3 files! It also has an FM tuner built in. I expected to feed this amp from my main stereo just to drive the outdoor speakers but since the Pyle also has line level output jacks I can also feed my stereo from the Pyle. I was a little afraid of a feedback loop while fiddling with switches but it has not happened. So now I can play mp3's or a Bluetooth source through the whole house inside & out. Perfect! The Pyle also seems to have tons of power. I easily drive a pair of Polk outdoor speakers with the Pyle volume just above zero. If there is any high volume distortion I'll never hear it unless I blow out the speakers. I could very easily drive a second pair of speakers with the Pyle. Great device, very compact, not much heat, good controls. Nothing to dislike. Hope it has a long life. 5 |
