Once I learned that the receiver has to be connected via the wire to the camera and did that, the wireless trigger worked flawlessly with my Sony alpha M3. Thanks to B&H technical support for the assistance and explanation. 5 |

This is so easy to use and connect to both the camera and the flash unit. It can also be connected to the camera and used as a wireless shutter release although the flash and wireless shutter cannot be used at the same time. This allows me so much freedom to get my external flash off the camera so I can produce more artistic shots without the hassle of a cord. 5 |

I was a little befuddled by this wireless remote, as I'd only ever used one that was connected by cable to my D-90 camera. However, this is the remote that works with the new D-7000 that I received for Christmas, so I knew I had to get up to speed on it's use. Fortunately, that was simple to do. Just a quick change of the dial on my camera body, and I was in business. I love the ease of use, and how portable and lightweight this is. I carry enough 'stuff' with me when I take my camera, I don't need additional bulk. And, this little device delivers big. It works just as well, if not better, than it's larger, bulkier cousins. The remote connected immediately as per camera manual instructions (OM-1). Works well, both wireless with OM-1, and wired to OM-D mk II &III. The wireless works at least 25 feet (not exact measurement). When using wired, be sure to assign video release to the main shutter button instead of the red button which is factory preset. Select video mode on the top dial. Wonderful accessory. 5 |

Bought this for the Pentax 17 film camera and it works! I can use it directly connected to the shutter boss or through the wireless transmitter. Tested using the delay function and bulb mode. 5 |
