Using this as a backup safety strap for my carryspeed tripod mount camera strap. I hook this the camera eyelet and attach to my main strap. Since I carry the D600 from the tripod mount of the battery grip, just don't want to take any chances in case there are any failures in either tripod mount. 5 |

I take this mobile all in one with me in my travel trailer. It’s invaluable for printing, copying and scanning. It’s wireless for facing as well, though I rarely use this feature. 5 |

IT WAS EASY TO HOOK UP TO MY COMPUTER. ALTHOUGH I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE WIRED CONNECTION, WHEN I WENT TO BLUETOOTH IT SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THE UNIT SHUTS DOWN AFTER SITTING IDLE FOR A WHILE, SO I HAVE TO TURN IT ON WHEN NEEDING IT. SAVES ELECTRICTY AND LONG TIME RUNS, I GUESS. THE SOUND IS GREAT, I IMAGINE IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC. 5 |

Up front, I've only been using this a few weeks. I cannot speak to longevity - and by the time I could, something new would be out. Storing TB's of photos, I've used several different drives. The Oyden is by far the fastest at transfer I've used. It's also exceptionally quite. It does get a bit warm, but nothing near hot. Again, much cooler than any past drive. I use it on-desk and don't carry it around, and backup by doing a full file-copy. (I want better access and portability than a true backup will give me.) The rubber frame around the drive will handle any minor vibration I have, as well as moving it from desk to storage. Overall, a really nice unit. 5 |
