I received the Epson WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner, seems to be very good quality, well made. It is easy to set up, just plug it in, power on, than go to the Epson website to download the needed software, and it’s ready to go. It is also small and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space. It scans front and back at the same time and can do up to 35 pages a minute. It has a 50-sheet auto document feeder. The duplex capability, scanning both sides of the page and then it pops up on the screen, allowing you to then choose where you want to save it ( word, excel, or as a document on your PC is an excellent feature. This is a review for the Epson DS-500W II Wireless Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Since I work from home for an agency, there are some things that I have to scan and get out to clients. It's sometimes a hassle to do that on my all-in-one printer, so having a separate document scanner helps. The WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner is convenient, quick, and was so easy to set up. I had it scanning in less than 5 minutes. The WiFi setup still isn't completed because there is an issue with communication between my computer & the Document Scanner since my computer is hardwired. But that's a network issue, not a WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner issue. I love that it's not bulky so it does not take up much space at all. The document feeder closes down so that you can keep dust or debris out of the feeder and keep your scanner running nice. I tried it out scanning some household papers that I wanted to get out of my file box and did so quickly without having to scan both sides of each separately. It gave me the option of saving either as a jpeg or pdf and if I wanted the document in color, greyscale, or black and white. “This is a review for the Epson DS-500W II Wireless Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

My first try at connecting the Epson scanner didnt go smoothly. I first tried connecting through a usb cord which may have been my problem. I uninstalled the software then reinstalled and went the wifi route and everthing went great. I was up and running in no time. I am starting a new scrapbook project with my husbands army photos and the Epson FastFotoFF-680W Wireless High-speed Photo and Document Scanner System is perfect for scanning and uploading his pictures. I have scanned about every size photo there is and none got stuck. The software is going to be a huge timesaver. I'm including an example of a photo taken in 1982 that has aged over the years plus the version the software enhanced in just seconds. Scanning his documents were just as easy. I am very impressed and excited to get on with the rest of the projects I have been putting off for years. I would recommend this scanner to anyone looking for a high quality product. You won't be disappointed. This is a review for the Epson FastFoto FF-680W Wireless High-speed Photo and Document Scanner System that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR wireless document scanner that I received for free to perform a beta test and review. This Epson scanner is great, practical and easy to use. Its size is small and very compact so in any space it looks good. Its design is nice and neutral, the image at the time of scanning is very clear and beautiful do not alter or pixelean the images. The best thing is that when using WIFI it is even more comfortable and being able to use it with your smartphone or computer is great.

This Epson DS-500WII wireless deluxe scanner is so light weight and easy to use. Set up/download took less then 10 mins to do. This scanner is so convenient since it is wireless. I downloaded the Epson app on my phone and can access it from that. The top of the scanner flips up and that is where the documents go, the documents need to be face down when scanning . It has size adjusters on it, one on each side to do different side documents including cards. The bottom has the return tray that the documents go once scanned, it flips out and holds the nicely. This scanner has 7 buttons on the right side. Power, Wi-Fi connect button, Wi-Fi button, double feed detection skip button, slow mode button, stop button and start button. The double feed detection is so nice to have so you are not accidentally scanning the same document twice. To clear a jam on this scanner is super easy to do. You push the light gray button on the top left side of the body and it opens up the scanner. You remove the jam and it will start where it left off. This scanner is also nice because it a duplex feature and automatically scans both sides of a document with out you telling it to. It does not put the blank pages in the scan document. It omits those out on its own. When in the folder it scans to it counts how many pages were scanned which is a nice feature so you know none were missed. I absolutely love how compact this scanner is. It folds up nicely to save space. Saves tons of space on my work station when not in use. “This is a review for the Epson DS-500W II Wireless Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

I use this case to store my demo equipment: document camera, two netbooks, wireless slate, router, and 30 handheld clicker devices with all of their power/USB cables. It is perfect and allows me peace of mind when I'm checking it in at the airport. The roller wheels make it easy to maneuver and get from baggage claim to the rental car.

This is without a doubt the best scanner that I have ever owned. I was originally interested it the Epson FastFoto FF-680W Wireless Hight Speed Photo and Document Scanner for use only as a document scanner and it sure does impress. It will auto feed and scan double sided documents faster than I thought possible. The optical character recognition software does a great job reading and converting the text. The free trial of the included receipt manager is a great bonus. I will continue to use every day for scanning documents. But where this scanner truly shines at scanning photos. It can scan not only the front, but the back of a photo (dates/hand written notes/etc) quickly and with great quality. And the included software will auto organize, label, and even touch up or restore your old photo prints with great efficiency. Just search the internet for videos of this scanner in action and I guarantee that you will be impressed. The only down side I have found is that when the scanner is connected via wifi, and turned on, your computer will give you constant popup notifications advising that the scanner is ready for use. This can be fixed by disabling the Epson software at startup in your pc setting, but I wish and hope that Epson will fix this issue with a software update soon, and this is a minor flaw in an otherwise great product. I highly recommend the Epson FastFoto FF-680W Wireless High-speed Photo and Document Scanner System to anyone who wants a high-quality product that is easy and intuitive to use.
