Wireless External Security Camera

I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.

works just as it should and still allows you to keep the camera plugged in to power/external battery. I use it for my Rode Wireless Go II mic set up.

Have used the camera for a month and provides excellent quality video. Used in low light situations and an external wireless mic. Very satisfied.

The C70 is a great camera, but like any camera, you need to mount a microphone and/or wireless receiver. With no viewfinder, an external monitor sure is nice, too. This has the right points to do all of that without having to put an entire cage on the camera. I have a Wooden Camera handle that has the grooves at the mount point, for more mounting options. The angled cold shoe is great for using the stock C70 mic mount, too, because it places it lower.

Got the mic adaptor for my new external wireless mic. Works very well.
