Wireless Headset For Customer Service

Glad to recommend the PHSP1 headset along with Audio Technica's terrific customer service. Warrantied for 5 years. They replaced a cable on an old set in two days for free.

Great headset for workouts, biking, or running. No worries about sweety ears or earbuds falling out mid-exercise. Durable and water resistant. Also good to use for conference calls. I really like that my ears are not "plugged". This allows you to enjoy music, while still having awareness of what is going on around you. Much safer than earbuds. I would highly recommend these. All my family has their own set. Also, customer service is great if you encounter any issues. I had an older version that had an audio issue probably due to sweet (pre-water resistant design) and the customer service provided a new replacement without hassle.

We purchased these headset for our customer service and sales staff and they have worked wonderfully. Comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and good range if you need to step away from your desk for something. Controls are simple and easy to employ, the mute in particular is great as it gives a clear audio response for activation. We have had no issues with battery life ,dropped calls or any other problems commonly associated with wireless headsets. I would recommend this headset to anyone who spends extended periods of time on the phone and enjoys having both of their hands free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!!

I love this speaker the sound quality is superb. Best wireless speaker I have used. Customer service excellent. My speaker faulted after a year but they promptly replaced it no quibble.
