I have only had the Bose Ultra Headphones for a week. But I have had the opportunity to test them in a variety of situations: At home listening to music, using them for work on MS teams meetings, phone calls, and watching movies on my tablet; Commuting to work on a train and then walking to the office building in downtown Chicago; In an open work environment taking MS teams meetings and listening to music. In every situation, they have exceeded my expectations. I have used profiles for Quiet, Immersive, and Aware. Here is where I feel each performs its best: - I prefer “Quiet” mode when I am on phone calls and for some types of music. - “Immersive” works well for most music but is really awesome when watching a movie. - The “Aware” mode worked as expected when I wanted to hear people around me or when I was walking on the street in Chicago. I was curious what I could hear on the street and it was pretty much everything like passing cars, people talking, and animals. These are the areas I have liked and disliked so far in my time using them. Pros: - Best noise canceling headphones I have ever used. The train and office really sold me on how well these cancel the world around you. - Great for listening to music and watching movies. - Extremely comfortable even when wearing for multiple hours. - They are mostly plastic but they look and feel premium to me. - The case that comes with them is molded to support the headphones which is a first for Bose that I am aware of. Cons: - I have experienced a few software issues related to Bluetooth connections. I was able to work around these either via the Bose Music app or powering the device off and on. - The highest price for a Bose headset yet. While I hope a software update will resolve the few issues I noted they do not change my opinion of the headset. I would very much recommend this to my friends and family. If you are looking for a headset and can afford it, this is the one to buy. Just go get it and enjoy! 5 |

Very nice headset, and very comfortable to wear (light; snug, but not overly so, against your ears). It does a nice job noise-cancelling on my end - with two settings to choose from - and people on the other end of meetings/calls say I sound good with no background noise even though I work in an open office with a lot of coworkers around. I like the fact that it is a USB-C headset but with a USB-A adapter permanently attached for when you want to use the headset with an older computer or device without USB-C. I also like that there are volume up/down and mute buttons on the cord. I don't use the "Teams" button to answer calls as I tend to just use my mouse to click on Teams calls since my mouse tends to be closer to my fingers than the headset cord buttons. I do have two suggestions for improvement: 1) offer an "over the ear" version in addition to this "on the ear" design as this would help even more to reduce distracting sounds in your own background. 2) allow the user to adjust the amount of sidetone (hearing your own voice in your headset), preferably via the buttons on the cord (as opposed to some sort of app the user needs to install) Thanks. 5 |

Use my Shokz OpenComm 2 headset for Teams calls. Sound quality is good and they are comfortable. Very satisfied with my purchase 5 |

Wanted an upgraded experience while working remotely with MS Teams and this headset is it. The fit is very comfortable, I wear glasses and find the headset perfect without any aches or rubbing. The buttons seem well placed though I tend to use the keyboard controls. Setup was trivial. The in ear notifications and chirps nicely keep you informed, from the battery life to what device is ringing. It reports 6 hours battery life at the start of each day and I generally make it through. The docking station is a nice touch. The biggest boon is the multi-device support. I have two phones and two laptops synced through Bluetooth and it seamlessly migrates between them. It lets you know when you walk out of range, and connects automatically when back again - for each device. While being on a Teams call it will inform if my phone starts ringing and I can chose whether to accept or ignore it. There was a snafu moment when it failed to (re)connect to my laptop for some unknown reason. A power off/on and I was back on my call again within half a minute, it is very quick to connect. Did a lot of research before buying, and it was between Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC and the Sennheiser PRESENCE. For me, the Voyager works perfectly. 5 |

I was reluctant to try these since I didn't see any reviews from users with glasses. I figured with a 45-day return option, what was the risk? I received the OpenComm2 UC today at noon. I was on a call 10 minutes later. It connected to my Windows 11 computer with ease. I love that the mute button on the headset also mutes Teams (and Teams' microphone shows muted). These are very, very comfortable. Very light. Hardly notice that I'm wearing them. There is no interference with my glasses. I hear my colleagues very clearly. And they say my voice comes through clearly, too. I can't comment yet on battery life, but I don't usually wear a headset all day, so I'll have time between calls for a quick, short charge. I highly recommend these. I may get a second pair to keep in my travel bag. 5 |

It does what it needs to do; making my headset with 4-pins (which I use most in combination with Riedel) compatible with RTS (which is 5-pins) 5 |

I bought them to use with Teams calling a work, but can't use wireless on our system. I wish there was a version with wired usb capability. 5 |
