[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s the best headset to work! it’s light, you can control everything from the headset, answer calls, volume, mute on and off. you can use on your head the full day without feeling it. 5 |

I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone. 5 |

A long time user of shocks. Open air are extremely comfortable. My two problems are 1) I cannot control volume without using my phone and 2) I have a problem activating the answer button on the ear bud. It seems too small. I can easily place a call using the open air, but if I answer the phone, I touching the phone on button I do not receive the call through the earbud. I will state that, at the age of 75, I am an older user; however, I do wish the button was a little bigger. Now that I own both styles, I can truthfully say, I love both. But, as a woman, I do not like the “headband “ around my hair. 5 |

Great fit, sound and light weight. Touch button to answer phone and advance to next song or replay a song is nice to have. Volume button is good to have too since some songs are louder than other songs. A little sweat from workouts don't hinder the functionality. It's worth it to purchase if you need you hands free without knowing you have anything on. 5 |

I owned the Quest 1 and upgraded to the Quest 2(ordered first day of the pre order). The visuals are improved, the lighter headset creates less strain on my neck and face, and for the most part I like the new controllers. Except for the grip/middle finger button. The new design of the controller puts the handle deeper into your hand, and the grip button require much more effort to activate(you have to push it much further in than the Quest 1). Any software that uses this to grab and throw feels way less immersive because you are constantly fighting with the deeper button. Games like that I would rather play on the Quest 1(which is a bummer). Overall I like the headset and I have recommended it to friends, but that one annoyance does suck. 5 |
