Wireless Microphone System For Conference Room

I use this for the wireless microphone system. For outdoor event.

I like this microphone. I use it with the Rode Wireless system and I'm happy with the result.

The Yamaha YVC-1000 is top-of-the-line. We have a 15x35 foot conference room with about a 20-foot table in the center. We tried other products and just didn't get good enough microphone levels. The speaker is very loud and the included microphone is excellent. We've added one more microphone for extended coverage. I think the best feature is the built-in auto-tuning. Very slick and actually works very well.

Purchased this item for a sound system at the Office (Conference Room) Just what we needed.

I was using a wireless lav in a hotel conference room and for some reason I was getting interference. Fortunately a fellow videographer had this lav, so I purchased one for my next gig. I won't use wireless now unless the job requires it. This thing is foolproof and the sound is clear.

I purchased this unit to replace a free standing PA system in our conference room. The room size is probably 25'x30'. This system work very nice for our presentation audio. I also bought a female Phoenix XLR adapter to be able to use a lavalier mic or a handheld. Installation was very simple and all of the parts required were in the kit.

We use two of these in a conference room with a video conferencing system. They are placed at two points on the conference table and pick up all conversations no matter which direction the participant is talking.

My company purchased this system primarily to help connect our team during a company conference, but also for our bi-monthly team meetings. Some of our team members are remote for these meetings. Since many of us are in the same room, it doesn’t work well to have each person call into our Microsoft Teams meetings because there are always distracting problems with the audio: echos, feedback, etc. We purchased this system to attempt to ease some of those issues, and the experience at the conference was really fantastic. As someone in the room, it really felt like the remote team members were part of the meeting. The remote team members felt the same way. We were able to collaborate and discuss without the technology getting in the way. There were near-zero issues with audio feedback and everyone (local and remote) was able to speak at a normal comfortable level and could be heard by the whole team. The image quality of the camera is top-notch. A few notes about the system and our setup: - We purchased 3 extra mic pods, for a total of 5, but we only needed 3 of them during this conference. - We were in a very large room, spaced apart ~3-4 feet. There were ~12 of us in the room and maybe 5 or 6 remote. - The tables were set up in a U-shape, with 3 mic pods daisy chained around the tables. We had two extra pods, but they weren’t needed for this size group. Three pods were more than enough. - The camera is able to frame the group, but it doesn’t pan/zoom to individuals automatically. The system comes with a remote that can be used to pan/zoom to individuals or groups. The remote has 2 buttons that can be used as presets for who is framed in the video. It was easy to zoom in on the primary speaker using the preset 1 and then back to the group view using preset 2 when the discussion evolved into a group discussion. Overall we were very pleased with the setup!
