I just burned thru my first box of 10 BDR-DL's (Verbatim #97335- Made in Taiwan) with an older LG USB 2.0 External Burner. No coasters, and all passed verification. I like to do a Backup of core important files on BDR (in addition to other BU's) because they are optical, and once closed, they can not be altered by mistake, ransomware, viruses, accidental saving of changes, magnetism, EMP.... just about anything other than physical damage. These discs are HTL, and therefore inorganic. Although they are 6x, I usually burn at 4x, hoping to get error-free burns... so far, so good. 5 |

After replacing my Wireless router with the Amplifi, I was able to resolve dead spots and double my available wireless bandwidth. Wifi 6 isn't supported, but there are not many devices that need wifi 6 in my environment. The setup was seamless and I love the App for monitoring the system. 5 |

Made the decision to purchase my own modem and router versus renting from the the internet provider. Modem is super easy to install and register. Had some trouble with the connection but it had nothing to do with the router or modem and everything to do with the service. Once we were up and running the modem and router (Nighthawk) connected for a fast and easy internet connection. Both units are compact and light and I am very satisfied and pleased with the decision to purchase Netgear rather than rent equipment. Reliable, efficient, easy to use, and great internet support. 5 |
