Wireless Security Camera Experts

I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.

Exactly what I needed thanks to the experts at B&H who pointed me in the right direction.

I use this filter all the time for sunrise and sunset photos over water. Experts are correct in saying to do as much as possible in camera as opposed to in post. Really helps to keep photos more natural.

Audio experts agree that to get the best performance a microphone should be boomed. That sounds good but is often impractical. Hence, this "real world" review. I had been using a cardioid mic and was not satisfied. You can't always boom the mic, or use multiple mics. For those situations where you need to pick up all the sound in front of the camera, but reject the rest, a super-cardioid is needed and for that, this mic excels. The audio is clean and rich. In a hard room where my previous mic would fail miserably, this mic performs beyond my hopes. The other reviews are on target. The audio is superb. I'm using this with the battery and the XLR to 3.5 mm converter. I wish it could turn on and off with the camera, but that is the only shortcoming I see.

Fits perfectly, and your ready to go! I had to replace my original lens hood because it wore out. I took the camera to the B&H and had the experts in the camera department find the replacement hood, for a great price I might add.
