Wireless Security Cameras With Dual Receiver

I have a PicoMic dual wireless lav system, which connects two lav mics to one receiver. The receiver has a 3.5mm TRS output. I connect the receiver to my audio recorder (Zoom F8n Pro) using this Remote Audio Unbalanced Stereo Breakout Cable and I get two mono channels (one for each lav mic) independently adjustable on my audio recorder. One mic is recorded to input 1, and the other mic is recorded on input 2. Works flawlessly.

If you have the DUAL channel Sony wireless receiver, this is the hot shoe adapter you need, the version WITHOUT the D on the end the model name, will not work with it.

Most cameras, video or DSLR usually have just one shoe. So when I needed to use a LCD light along with my wireless mic receiver, I went #$%@! Went online to my favorite video store (B&H) and found exactly what I needed in about 2 minutes and it was delivered to me 2 days later. So far I have just used the two outer shoes for my light and wireless receiver and it works great. It's nice knowing that I have one extra shoe incase I ever need to mount a third piece of gear maybe like a shotgun mic? If your applications are like mine were this is the product for you.

I was looking for a cheap way to mount a light and wireless receiver to the cameras' shoe mount simultaneously. Other units were way too much money, or stood too tall, or mounted to bottom of the camera, or stuck out too far, etc. I was surprised the bar was non-metal, but that made it even lighter, yet it's very sturdy. I even made it stand a little lower by drilling a hole for the post through the bar and mounting the nut on top. In this mode, I can't slide the bar in relation to the camera, but I can easily put the nut back on the bottom and use it as it came from the factory. I love versatility!

So far, this wireless remote has by far gone above and beyond expectations! I have not ever been out of range of the receiver because I never have enough room and there has never been anything in my way that prevented the wireless remote from working. What sold this wireless remote to me was that it comes ready to be attached to many different types of cameras, which I feel is very handy verses having different remotes for different cameras. There has never been any lag in reception and it especially helps in low light situations when I need to turn my shutter speed down a little. It's an excellent product and I would recommend it to anybody that owns a DSLR.

I would like it if they could sell just the receiver so I could have two wireless signals.
