Wireless Theatrical Microphone

Just needed an extension for my microphone, for a live-zoom theatrical performance. The chord was stong and our large audience experienced no problems hearing the actors dialogue throughout the hour long performance.

I am a theatrical sound designer who was looking to have a better quality microphone to record voiceovers. This mic certainly does the trick! It gives great vocal sound quality. I typically don't like the sound of my voice, but I when I tried recording it on this mic, I thought I sounded great. I would definitely recommend this mic.

My wife and I picked this microphone up to do some podcasting and theatrical sound design. It's a bit heavy, but it's a dream to use: we just plug it into a laptop and we have a portable recording studio. The sound quality is better than anything we've owned before. I've used some professional microphones before, but this is the first one I've owned. The bidirectional setting is particularly useful--sounds from in front and in back of the mic pick up loud and clear, but computer fans and meowing cats to either side are nigh-inaudible in the recording. I'd say this is the best microphone you can get in this price range.

WiFly system is a great option to do truly wireless lighting for theatrical effects. I used it for an effect in a musical with the ADJ QA Element. However, The ADJ instruction manuals are not the best with clarity.
