Wiring My Wifi 9000 Thermostat

Bought this in Oct 2018, to replace a standard Honeywell 24/7 programable thermostat and found this very simple to install and use. I emailed support a picture of current wiring and they came back 2 days later with the recommendation for the wiring. Within 10 minutes it was up and running. I use the geo fencing feature and it have learned my setting preferences to provide energy savings.

Thermostat was NOT recommended for my 'old' heating system wiring set-up, noting it would probably require a c-wire. After a pretty extensive web search (rather than using the enclosed converter), it was a pretty easy operation (at least for this guy with 'some' experience and a little tenacity) to locate a terminal in the old Aquastat (at least my version) that functioned just fine as a c-wire. Thermostat compatibility with both Alexa and Google Home are both excellent and easy to set-up. Firmware update provided even more features and easy operation for everyone in the home. One of the best tech buys in a long time, especially considering a local gas company $100 rebate! Very cool stuff. Kudos to all at Ecobee.

I had difficulty wiring it, but because the old thermostat was hooked up poorly. Now that the issue was resolved, the unit is great! Easy to use, and remotely as well.

I did a little homework before I installed this thermostat. Took a picture of my wiring as recommended by Nest. The instructions provided were clear and straightforward. In less than 30 minutes my Nest was up and running. Unless you have an old wiring system you should have no issues with this thermostat. The Nest app works great. Gives me full control from a distance.

Nest customer support was very helpful with setting up wiring for my HVAC system with Nest. Systems been in for one week and has been operating well. Also purchased protect as a way to help with the home and away settings of the Nest thermostat. Time will tell to see if the Nest thermostat will save energy cost. Looking forward to it....

I recently purchased a new NEST thermostat to replace a thermostat custom for my furnace & air conditioner. The wiring was odd and so I called in a Reliance installer, who inspected, then easily installed the NEST. This unit functions flawlessly and it was a conch connecting it to my home wifi and adding it to my NEST account online. The product is unobtrusive and fits beautifully with our decor.

I been struggling with my Sonos at my new home with my connections. I tried hard wiring as many as I could and triedy own wifi mesh system, and all helped, but I connecting to had issues grouping more than 2-3 units in the house. I decided to give the Boost a try and let it behold, it worked fantastic. The set-up was easily wired, plugged in, and go to the app to add boost. One quick update and noticed the system started working so much better. Now I'm able to play my whole house with no delays on the skip and outs, and it even works great with high-bitrate audio. I really wish I had done this sooner!

I had one area of our home with spotty WiFi and the Beacon HD fixed it without me having to run any additional wiring.

My Netgear WiFi is the best I have ever had to satisfy my needs.

My 1991 Peavey AMR T-9000 tube microphone has always had a Peavey 12ax7 in it...and it sounds good. However, I'm always curious what other tubes sound like in it. I have tried several different tubes and been disappointed every time. Muddy, too bright, too noisy...none were as good for this mic as the Peavey...until I tried this Telefunken. OMG...my mic came alive in a way that I could have never imagined. Warm, clean,loud and low noise. I highly recommend this tube !
