I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.

This adaptor and the associated power supply are exactly the equipment necessary for long periods of stationary photography. I needed something to power the camera fora multi-day time lapse, and the adaptor did the job to perfection.

I ran out the door on vacation and left my D7000 Nikon charger behind! While on the road, I ordered the Pearstone charger and had it shipped ahead of me. Thanks to B&H's reliable shipping, it was there when promised.This charger is a much better travel charger than Nikon's. Besides being smaller and thinner than the Nikon, making it easy to fit in my camera bag, the wall power prongs fold into the body. It comes with a European adapter, unlike Nikon. And to top that off, it comes with a car power adapter so you can recharge while driving to your next location, also unlike the Nikon. All this for less than half the price of the Nikon.As for another reviewer's comment about the unit being cheaply built, I am an electrical engineer and I disagree. It is a well built, commercial unit. Just don't use it in the rain! As for the adaptor plate slipping off when you remove the charged battery, the instructions direct you to slip the battery into the adaptor and then plug that into the charger body. That's what is supposed to happen. If you don't like that, then tape the adaptor to the charger and slide the battery into both of them.For $ you can buy another adapter plate for another item in your camera bag. How can you complain? I highly recommend this item without reservations.

Wireless Manual Power Control flash is the best way to shoot and with the TT5 and AC3 on camera, manual flash power can be adjusted at the camera. There's no need to stress when manual power needs changing. No need to hike around to all of the lights. And with the TT5 on camera, the camera and lights can be triggered together with a Sekonic Light Meter.

I can't say enough good about this little switch. It offers per power management for data and power use. Yes you can order it to power cycle any particular port to reset those hard to reach AP's or cameras. It measures the PoE consumption of each port as well as the total draw from the PoE uplink. It's sealed against weather and mounts in harsh environments like attics and garages. Integrated into the UI software it's also helpful to track down problems with devices connected through it. If you have a router, you can also run VLANs through it to, for example, tap off a dedicated PoE ethernet line for a security camera and turn it into a general purpose trunk line for regular devices like solar inverters or AP's, and then VLAN the camera port back to the dedicated port on the NVR for added security.

This is the best 24VAC PS with the highest VA rating! I have been using them to power security video camera systems for many years and know them to be highly reliable.
