Wolf Appliances Live Chat

I live off grid in Maine with major appliances (frig, cook stove, water heater) run by propane. Use a small inverter generator (2000 watt) to runs lights, modem and occasional tv. The DELTA 1300 is just awesome. I can run the generator and charge it, maybe once every 3-4 weeks. It'll run the lap top modem and LED desk light for days. I hardly run the generator. I was a big concerned about fan noise but I run it right next to my desk and it is nothing to worry about. I couldn't afford to get the solar panels at the same time but will probably do so in the future. This is an awesome product with the quick recharge one of the best features.

I have only used the remote a few times but what little I have it seems to work well. The cord is too short. I would love to get an extension and was informed through live chat there were none available.

I've never used an HD filter before so I went on live chat to B&H and they were so helpful in pinpointing what was going to be best filter for what I was using it for. This filter was recommended as it has thin glass so I would hopefully not get the vignette when using through day. I have not been disappointed. The filter arrived 2 days after purchasing it online and the results I've got from using it have been incredible. I would definitely use B&H again when deciding on my next photography purchase. They were extremely knowledgeable and this has resulted in me getting the product I was hoping for.

After careful dilebration and reading reviews, and B&H Live chat, I finally decided on this FreeWave Wireless Remote Shutter Release. It quite frankly is awesome, everything I wanted. You get the ease of wireless, without worry that you have to be in front of the camera for it to be seen. This beauty works on radio wave and I have never had a mis-fire! Everyone needs this cable release in their bag.
