Wooden Construction Paper Holder

I've had three of these now for a while. Solid construction. Really nice wooden feel. High quality gear from smallrig.

Paper is fine for construction drawings, easy to load and use.

This background holder is the typically solid Manfrotto construction. The twist-lock telescoping mechanism word perfectly. I've not seen any deflection in the pole, although I've only used it extended to about 5-1/2 feet so far. My only complaint is that, with the locking screws in place, it's too large to slide through the 2 PVC piping I use as a core for my rolled up back drops. I'll be looking for a shorter thumb screw to replace the ones that came with the pole.

I use this filter holder for my Hitech IRND 4x4 filters and it works great. Solid construction, easy mounting on adapter ring. I don't have to worry about it coming off, it stays on perfectly. I use it for Long Exposure photography...

Very nice filter. Optical glass construction with minimal color cast. Couldn't see the color shift in photos until I ran a test against my Singh-Ray and even then only a couple degrees difference in LR. Definitely cleaner than the resin Formatt Hitech. It is prone to lens flare as it only fits in the outer slot of the P Series holder (or if Cokin holder stacked on another filter), so one must use care for sun angle or shade the filter/lens while shooting. Offers the great smooth effects of slow shutter speeds and very nice color capture for HDR.

I bought this stand to use with an iPad holder, since it's two way adjustable. It works perfectly! The construction of the stand is incredibly sturdy. The workmanship is class A! The base is heavier than most mic stands I've used, which is excellently, since I'd prefer that the stand not tip over with and iPad attached. I'm also a professional musician, although only part time these days. I'm considerable buying two more of these standard to replace the ones I've been using. Seriously, if you're looking for a well-made, professional stand, this one's for you!
