These rock-solid wooden boxes are good for a thousand-and-one things when making a film: you can raise an interviewer to eye level with a subject, level dolly track, make an impromptu desk, or a seat, to name just a few. With two sets, you can start to build larger tables and support even more stuff.

I have experience with other large matte boxes from O'Connor, Tilta, and Wooden Camera. While this isn't nearly as durable as those, I have no qualms about it holding filters securely to the lens as long as you're not careless. It's definitely one of the smallest, most affordable 4x5.65 matte boxes I've owned with features I like! A 6 stop ND filter is pretty much all I need to shoot outdoors and the top flag folding down to protect the filter and lens is just icing on the cake; It locks into position fast and can be added or removed just as quickly. The 15mm rail mount, while a little finicky for my use case, works very well and can help support the front of a photo lens if you're also using a follow focus (No more lens movement)! All in all, this is a fantastic budget option if you don't need to use that many filters! And a huge thank you to Tilta for including everything you need to get started using this on your rig!

I've owned a few matte boxes and rented even more. The Wooden Camera UMB-1 is by far my favorite, the weight is good, it expands to suite your needs and all of the added rails are probably the best added feature. Like all Wooden Camera gear you know it will last and evolve across different platforms. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I've had custom coffins for my 1200's for years and for asthetic reasons I've always removed the OE dust cover brackets. This Decksaver stays snug to the top of the 1's & 2's.

Great quality coffin for my CDJ-3000 and DJM900NXS2 mixer. It's a bit deeper than other coffins so you get a bit more space to tuck in the cables or other accessories.

I searched for these scrapbook boxes, and this one was the most reasonable price, including shipping. I was delivered in perfect condition.

Very prompt shipping and lovely raw wood finish to my boxes. I particularly noticed how the plywood layers alternated dark/light on the cut seams that show. I would have been satisfied without that aesthetic touch, since an apple box is a utility object. But making it pretty is a bonus.
