Wringer Washer Machine

Someone please tell me any other film washer better than this.

I bought mine in 1988; still using it. Great functionality and it's been through the wringer. It's traveled with me everywhere and had everything in it from a Nikon N8008 to a Nikon D810. Thirty years old, tough as nails, obviously I swear by it.

I’m a steel worker, currently working 7/10’s. I put this thing through the wringer for the last 2 days, this light is extremely well built, high quality, worth every penny. Battery lasts me all day long constantly switching through light modes. Can’t go wrong, buy it

For field storage this is a great option, I have 5 drives that I cycle around and they have been put through the wringer! a few of my drives have crossed the continent overland multiple times and they are just as dependable as day 1.

I haven't put this through the wringer yet, but I have initial impressions. Strengths: Light Strong Smooth panning Smooth plate release Bubble levels Potential weaknesses: The pan tension screw seems to be an all or nothing deal. The panning is smooth and has a fair bit of resistance so the screw really only serves to lock the panning. Maybe the panning will become less resistant over time The 'ratcheting' mechanism for tightening the ball is a great feature since you aren't limited by turning once right or left then running out of room to turn. IMO, it would be nice if each turn added resistance more slowly so fine tuning the tension was easier

While all these new cameras getting introduced still need all the glitches to be worked out, most of the others have already been run thru the wringer of scrutiny and are now getting some discounts, making them a lot easier to choose, especially with the skyrocketing costs of the latest and greatest. Im hardly an expert but couldnt afford pro equipment anyway, so Ill just stay with those I can afford, and particularly those with a popular following. I just added a second Panasonic G85 to my collection being an easy pick because of the requirements related to getting the video shots I want. I need a camera that can sit out in the cold so I dont have to, where the local wildlife is likely to pass. I get some great shots doing this with the best camera available since it keeps recording until either the batteries run out of charge or the SDCard is filled to capacity.

I have been using this product for years and no Carpal Tunnel.It also washes very well in the washer. It can also be trimmed to fit.

If you find the need for an adapter this one is very strong and has a soft washer to protect against scratches. You first will noticed that the adapter actually has some weight to it.

The rubber washer makes these day in place better than some others I've used. Buy a couple of extra, you will need it sooner or later.
