Xbox Wireless Headset Pc Setup

The G923 is so easy to setup. I have used this on my PC and my Xbox series X. Really is plug and play. Enjoying games a lot more using the steering wheel, pedals and shifter. Highly recommend adding this to your games!

Simple to set up and worked flawlessly to add a wireless headset to a relatively old PC running Windows 7.

I was hesitated for this headset for quite a while. It is mostly due to the high price around 90+. B&H had it for $ and I had no second thought and grabbed it. The PC dongle works great as your audio device stay online whether you have the headset set to USB or not. This won't confuse the PC as applications tend to bind it to an audio device and get confused when you disconnect devices. Bind a bluetooth headset to PC and you know what I mean. I use the bluetooth mode for my cell phone only. Switching works flawlessly with a toggle on the headset. The boom mic also falls into one of my strict criteria as I found most of the wireless bluetooth headset without boom mic struggle to deliver clear voice. This one will not let anyone to notice you on wireless. I have it working with all my VOIP app, including my company Cisco VOIP app.

This is my firs VR headset. The setup was super quick and I was playing games within minutes. The fact that you can play lots of games without being tethered to a PC is a huge plus. You can still play while connected to a PC, but having the option of not being limited by a cable is awesome.

I moved away from the all in one headset solutions for my PC mostly due to quality differences. This mic setup has shocked people in my online community with it's ability to come through much better, it does a solid job with actual capture quality that I've not had in anything from corsair in the past. I highly suggest pairing this with a Sennheiser Momentum 4 wireless & then a Creative BT-W4 dongle for your pc & with that setup you'll be floored. I've got atmos, proper clarity, long lifespans & modular replacibility for the future by separating the pieces into individual purchases. The streaming set with the boom arm makes the mic so much better as I can just swivel it 180 away from me & it's out of sight & out of mind until I need to use it.
