Product was easy to set up. This was a replacement for an existing wireless network; the network set up was working internally right out of the box but I had no internet access; there was some trouble with my modem recognizing the new router. ASUS tech support was easily reached (on hold 2-3 minutes or so), and the tech was well-drilled in troubleshooting procedures. They correctly determined the issue with my modem and recommended steps that fixed the problem. Love the Powerline connection between the two units! Great range, even reaches outdoors. 5 |
