Xfinity Home Security Camera Problems

I had lots of problems trying to get good wifi signal at home with my Xfinity default WiFi router, so I tried the UAP-AC Lite UniFi to see if this problem persists. It took me a little bit more than I expected to set it up, but once it done, I get a super high internet speed all around my apartment. I get from 16 Mbps to 88 Mbps download and from 8 to 12 Mbps upload transfer rates. I love this product and I highly recommend it!!!

I now own 5 of these camera. I have had excellent satisfaction from all. I use them for wildlife viewing and home security.

Mount the sensors, open the ecobee app on your phone, step through adding the new device, and the security bundle was up and running in a couple of minutes. One of the things I like about ecobee products is they appeal to a wide range of Users. You can keep it very simple, or you can integrate their devices into a larger ecosystem for home automation. I also purchased the SmartCamera as part of the ecobee as part of the Home Security Bundle. And I already have an ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. These devices integrate through the ecobee App to create a very simple to use home security network for added peace of mind. And the Autopilot feature automatically takes care of turning on/off the security system and setting the thermostat to home/away as you come and go from your home. What a simple but effective design.

Have used Seagate for several years with no problems in NVR's for security camera recording. Highly recommend.

Works good on xfinity and Comcast cable as advertised, no problems so far.

Replaced XFI with ORBI and actually got the 1G I paid for with Xfinity. Additionally my Ring security devices stopped dropping their wifi connection. As a 73 year old disabled Veteran my security was important to me. Thank you Netgear..

Simple installation. If you have Xfinity Advanced Security, turn it off using their app before adding the cameras to your wifi network, then turn the security back on. Love the automatic tracking feature with using either the motion or human detection. Have one installed in a detached structure with no HVAC System here in Michigan with no temperature related issues. Cameras also work very well viewing out the window.

The past few years I have tried several different security suites. Bitdefender Total Security by far has worked the smoothest and I've had no problems with it. I haven't noticed any slow down of my computer when it is scanning etc. We also use it on our smart phones and it works well there also. B&H Photo Video is one of the best online retailers to work with.
