I've owned Yamaha keyboards for 35 years. From the par 670 to the PSR SX900 those were very good keyboards but you pay for features you rarely use. The Yamaha came out with the DGX670 and designed a inexpensive keyboard that has 88 keys and most of the styles and sounds to fill your appetite to do gigs with without going overboard with gimmicks. Bought this to compliment my Yamaha DGX-650 keyboard, and it works exactly as designed. Plugged it in to my keyboard headphone jack and adjusted the volume - viola ! I will someday upgrade to a larger unit when performing, but for now this meets my needs perfectly for practice - not too large, not too small, just enough power to fill a large room with legendary Yamaha sound. I may even add another one just because.... A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. This unit rocks ! 5 |

You may want to consider a Bluetooth adapter for your headphones rather than this. They are harder to loose and more convenient. 5 |
