I am using it with the On Stage Z keyboard stand. It is a necessary and recommended accessory. Perfect for carrying pedals & cables as well.

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to add one here about this specific bundle. Before ordering, I was skeptical of the stand that comes with it. With something like the VPC1 you don't want a flimsy stand. But looking at the pictures, it seemed to be identical to the K&M Omega, which is $200 and one of the most highly regarded keyboard stands on the market. I took a chance and placed the order. Sure enough, on the shipping notice I could tell the manufacturer was K&M. Now that it's sitting peacefully in my house, I can verify that it is indeed the K&M Omega. So yeah, for $60 more than the standalone VPC1, you get a $200 stand that is absolutely top-notch. As for the bench and the pedals ... BH should just chuck the pedals from the bundle because the Kawai comes with pedals. The bench is fine. Basic, but fine. Really, this is just one of the better values I've come across and I'm still kind of blown away. Thanks, BH. Oh, and while I'm at it, I might as well comment on the VPC1 itself. I bought it blind because I couldn't find one in a store to sample. I haven't played too many high-end digital pianos, but I can tell you, in the little bit I've played it today, this keyboard is lights-out phenomenal. I've never played a better digital keyboard. Bummer now is it's time invest in some better virtual pianos, like the Ravenscroft.

... Assembly was easier than anticipated. I could have assembled it by myself, but I had my eight-year-old help since it was for his keyboard. The keyboard bolts onto the stand nicely. It looks as though the pedals (a future purchase) should also fit perfectly.3. The stand is very sturdy and puts the keyboard at a better height than an X type stand. Accessories are included to support the stand if it does not rest against a wall.I consider this to be a mandatory accessory for the P-85/95 keyboards. Except for gigs, I wouldn't consider any alternatives.

This stand is sturdy, very easy to put together and a perfect fit for my Yamaha keyboard. I like that the joining points are all metal, it feels like this will be a long lasting sturdy stand.

I bought this stand for a Yamaha keyboard, and it's perfect. It's easy to set up and adjust, and it's very sturdy. It folds up small enough to make carrying it easy.

I got this stand with Yamaha YPG-235 keyboard. The order was quick and secured in a good packing. Very simple to assemble, it took me 2-3 minutes to rig perhaps. Fits well on my keyboard and is firm. Very easy to dismantle. The finish is outstanding and I'm simplylovinthis cute product. Thanks to B&H for timely delivery yet in an affordable price.

This can be a stand for a mixing board or a keyboard. It is sturdy and folds up compactly. It holds my Yamaha 88-key perfectly. I would highly recommend this modular system.

I was looking for a keyboard stand that could accommodate a large pedalboard underneath it. Technically I'm using this stand backwards (arms/knobs facing away from me), but it's perfect! Folding it up for transport will definitely be more cumbersome than x style stands, but worth it for me. I'm confused as to how the assembly instructions say Yamaha, but the box and stand don't have any Yamaha branding. It's probably built more flimsy than the more expensive Yamaha version. One of the welded nuts started falling off while i was putting it together, but that doesn't seem to have a negative functional impact. Assembly took about 10 minutes. Given the price, I'm giving this 5 stars I agree with other reviews that velcro-ing your keyboard to the stand is a good idea

I have had many keyboard stands, most of them flimsy and not stable. This is by far the most sturdy stand I have ever owned. I have two of them, one to support my Roland RD700GX and the other for my Yamaha PF1500. The Yamaha keyboard is quite heavy, but this stand can hold up to 300 pounds without breaking a sweat. I also like the way it folds up. Assembly takes two minutes and is rock solid once it is up. I would recommend this stand to anyone who does stage or studio work.
