This HDD is quiet, fast(for a spinning platter drive) and has allowed me to accommodate my ever growing library of photos. I reside in Australia and decided to purchase this drive from B&H for several reasons: - it was about $100 cheaper even accounting for the exchange rate and postage than purchasing it in Australia! - WD offered me the same 5 year warranty by purchasing it from the US as I would ve got from buying in Australia and I got the exceptional customer service and quick delivery that has been the hallmark of B&H for a long time! Additionally, I might add - I was initially concerned about purchasing a platter HDD from overseas and having the possibility of it being damaged in transit due to its delicate nature. My fears were allayed by the reassurance I received from B&H about it being covered by their warranty should that happen and when it did arrive it was very securely packed such that the likelihood of that occurring was very slim! Thank You B&H! You have the best and most easily understood and navigable website, the best customer support and the products are very nearly always in stock! - David W. AUSTRALIA.

I received my XL50 and I could not get it to work. I am in Australia so I contacted my local Maglite repair service here and they were fantastic. Because MAGLITE has the lifetime warranty it was covered! I sent it back for examination (at no cost to me) it could not be fixed so they replaced it for me, once again at no cost! all covered under the warranty! It was less then ten days turnaround time , Outstanding service from our local repairer! I have just received my new XL50 today , I have powered it up and it is great! a wonderful product! I will be buying again from you in the very near future! thanks for your great customer service!

This is my second keyboard sustain pedal, the first was a yamaha fc3 (or something of the like) I stole from my friend and he stole it back... So I had to find something comparable, but I didnt want to spend big bucks. Alas, for the price of next to nothing, I found the SP-2. Works equally as well. Why spend more? Furthermore, some of you have commented about how this sustain pedal doesnt feel true to touch or is delayed, any comments regarding a sustain pedal cutting out, or being oftime is more likely a cause of poorly built I/O or a undeperforming CPU. With any sustain pedal being more or less an On/Off percentage based switch (with very limited circuitry), this really shouldnt be an issue of the pedal. I have had no problems with the SP-2 and dont expect them. Nice job M-Audio!(or should I say AVID?).
