These outdoor speakers sound very nice on our back patio. We’re fortunate to have a covered portico where we were able to mount them vertically with opposing side walls to reflect passive radiator bass sound equally. We have an older Yamaha Aventage A/V receiver which provides 150 watts per channel to our zone 2 Def Techs, controlled wirelessly through the Yamaha controller app. The speakers play background music sweetly at low volume, and really pump out nice, full range sound when cranked up. Bass is quite good at party volume. Have to be very careful not to get kicked out of the neighborhood! Very happy with our purchase. 5 |

Mounted these about 10ft off the ground under eaves for music on our back patio. I have a Yamaha R-N303 coming this week but I tested them with a Cambridge Topaz AM10 which is less powerful, and on 16awg wire over about a 60ft run they sound great. B&H shipped them quickly and they arrived as I expected them to. Really happy with the purchase. 5 |

These Yamaha speakers are very,very clear. They're on my patio and fill the whole yard or turned down they still are very clear.Actually, the sound quality is close to studio moniter speakers! Just a lttle less bass They'rehooked up to a 30 year old Marantz 20 watt per channel Amp/reciever. Thanks,Yamaha And thanks to B&H for great pricing and getting my order with standard delivery to me in only 3 days!
