Yellow Laser Projector

One of four toners in my color laser all-in-one. This one lasts the longest because most of my color printing uses very little yellow. 5 |

The EF12 Smart Streaming Laser Projector is better than I expected. The clarity, color, video speed, sound quality and easy to setup. The projector is exactly what I have been looking to buy for years. I also purchased the carrying case and it is worth the money. I expected a cheap bag, this is very high quality. I have recommended this projector to my family and friends. I can wait for summer for outdoor movie night in the backyard. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my laser printer in 2015 and only now do I have to replace the yellow! I do a fair amount of digital printing of my art, too. 5 |

Dear sirs;Recently a family member passed away and I have shouldered the task of sorting out and cleaning out the house.During this project I came across seven boxes - 13x13x18 - that were filled from end-to-end with small, yellow, Kodak boxes of 35 mm slides, each box containing about 60 colored slide negatives. there were literally thousands of slides that needed to be examined for purposes of identification of individuals, weddings, vacation trips, etc. And many that had no bearing on anything and could be discarded.Having lost, sold, or scrapped my old slide projector and ground glass screens years ago, I recalled having having been exposed to small hand-held slide viewers, I set about to locate one.Starting with the yellow-pages in the telephone book, I began calling around to see if by chance any photo shops still had any of them. Many of the younger sales persons didn't know what I was talking about. One of them however recommended Googling the web, which I did. What do you know? B&H came up on the first attempt. I ordered a PANA-VUE slide viewer #3, priced at $*! It arrived by mail a week later and I have already examined quite-a-few of the Kodak boxes. It is so simple to sit in my favorite leather chair and go through the boxes of slides. Because the slides are negatives, it is almost impossible to make much out of the slides without a projector or this small hand-held viewer which views the slides in color.Thank you B&H; you have helped make an almost impossible task turn out to be quite simple, and even enjoyable!Jim * 5 |

if you are looking for a living room tv replacement, ust laser projector, with incredible design, then just get this! i unplugged my old projector and streaming box, plugged the arc hdmi into my receiver, and was viewing stunning images on a cream wall. i don’t see any rainbow effects, but didn’t on my old dlp either. laser? yes! i am in 2020 finally! vivid colors, needs lowering of contrast, alr screen can only make this better, i don’t need one - i love the lightness. remote is supremely well designed. some early bugs (auto update not working, and bluetooth audio maxes vol between videos). so much more to write, limited by website - it’s magical! 5 |

I needed old fashioned overhead projector transparencies for my laser printer. I intend to make printed circuit board iron on etching resists. When something becomes "obsolete" that seems to be an excuse for most office supply stores to price gouge. For less than the price of ten laser transparencies [that I could find any place else on line or off] I now fifty. 5 |

I replaced UHD51A with this laser UHZ55. It's very bright with vivid color. The image is very sharp unlike UHD51A with fussy edges. I also tried UHZ66 which has 4000 lumens and 500k:1 contrast. The image shows washed faded colors. I really like UHZ55 performance after fiddle with the settings. The image can be shifted horizontally and veridically with the combination of keystone and corner adjustments. The audio is not used since I have a receiver. 3D is the lovely feature of this projector using active shutter glasses. B&H shipped this projector to CA in two days. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first projector investment and i wanted to future proof it with a laser. While others have mentioned the lack in contrast, I've enjoyed it and am very impressed with the color, which was honestly my primary consideration because i was worried about going from a tv and excited about hdr. 5 |

This was a move up from an Epson 5030ub, so bulb based 1080p to native 4K laser is quite the jump. I’m projecting on a 135” budget 1.0 gain grey screen and the colors, contrast and brightness are spectacular. I sit about 14’ away and the detail and sharpness of the image is so much better than what I was used to. I love that Epson for what it is but this is in a different league. Having only had the projector for a couple of weeks, I’m still playing with different settings and testing various 4K media with my Oppo so still have to spend more time with this to really get to know it. The only con I’ve noticed so far is it can crush some black detail in difficult scenes but I may be able to tease out some image with some adjustment tweaks, not a deal breaker for me but worth mentioning. Also, my old projector was supposed to have a similar lumen rating and had about 900hr on the bulb but this is significantly brighter. Haven’t put the laser past 60 (50 is default) and won’t need to unless I am keeping some lights on in the room. Last thing is it is much quieter than the old Epson and is mounted right above my head so that is also a big plus, hope it stays this quiet. 5 |
