I have 4 of these. They took the place of random storage in plastic bags and the bottom of drawers. I like them because they are waterproof and secure, yet easy to open without breaking a fingernail, unlike some other competitors. Not expensive and highly recommended.

These are just perfect for me for moving slides from trays to a much more compact yet searchable storage that can go in either file drawers or binders.

Rugged, backpack with lots of space, only complaint I have is the main storage compartment zippers don't have the yellow easy to see/grab cloth attached. All the zippers have yellow pieces of cloth for easy grabbing and unzipping of compartments with the exception of the main large storage compartment, not sure why the zippers for the main storage don't have the easy to see/grab yellow cloth tabs.

Great Camera Storage. This cabinet provides a clean and dry environment for my camera gear. Easy to access all equipment stored inside.

Pros: Storage my gears at the right temperature. Cons: I wish they have better-LED light inside the cabinet. The LED light is so ugly to display.

Some months ago I decided to take off my lenses from a cabinet to a transportable storage. I went to Pelican 1504. I have eleven SLR lenses, including Nikkor 80-400 and Nikkor 135 f/2 DC and all of them fit into it as a glove! Additionally this case gave me a peace of mind: there are just a very few real situations where the integrity of its contents could be threated. I just bought a second 1504 to my cameras and flashes.
