Yi 4K Video 20 Mp Mirrorless Digital Camera

I have a YI mirrorless camera. I wanted to attach it to a telescope for astronomy pictures. This fit the camera and the telescope barlow lens perfectly.

I upgraded from the Nikon D7000 and it was worth it. 24 MP vs 16, 4k video, and also wireless control and photo downloads. The only negative is they went down to 1 card from 2. I also wish they integrated a GPS unit in the camera, since my 180 dollar Nikon coolpix has that. Otherwise a great all-round camera that is competitive in features and quality to much more expensive cameras.

We typically travel with a DSLR, a mirrorless 4K video camera, and one or two snapshot-type fixed lens cameras. Naturally, all take different batteries. With the Watson system (and it is a system) we only need one charger body (multi-voltage for international travel) and a small, thin adapter plate for each battery. Really cuts down on what you need to carry.

An essential purchase for shooting DSLR or mirrorless. Shot video for 20 years using large shoulder mount cameras with built in NDs. A variable ND is quick and easy to use and adds greater flexibility to my small mirrorless set up.

I get about 2 hours and 20 minutes of 4K video in my S5 with the OEM battery, and slightly longer with my GH5. I'm pretty happy with that!

I've been into video camcorders for over 20 years. From SVHS to high 8 format. Now we can record 4k video on small SD cards...go figure.? I'm not a pro but I like high quality video when I shoot family outings and the such. This camcorder is just absolutely stunning when playback on a 4k TV. Sure it's a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. So if you want a good 4k camcorder, I highly recommend getting this one.

I use the MP-101 in Church service video taping. It helps steady, gives great movement and gives freedom when camera is mounted high. The speed slider control is handy, although the movement is still a little too quick (if you have any zoom on the camera, the slowest speed is still a little too fast). I also wish the remote did not have to be connected to use automatic mode.
