Z Wave Doorbell Camera

Works as advertised. I use mine to monitor my new ring doorbell camera.

This particular doorbell camera has a great lens and very easy to install.

Used this to replace Wave Broadband supplied modem. Plugged it in, called wave to setup, up and running with my Orbi mesh system in just a few minutes. Has been working perfectly now fo several weeks. Very happy.

Let me start by saying that there is no perfect unicorn camera, but this camera presents itself as a next wave, mirrorless powerhouse. Panasonic upgraded this camera from the GH5 family in so many ways. The list of features all deliver and the look of the image is just incredible. I have used it on a few shoots and have not been afraid to use any of its video quality settings. I have no fear of overheating and the unlimited record limit keeps my mind on my shots and not the camera. Some things on it could still be better (I'm not going to say it), but it is a big improvement from the GH5. Also, in a time when camera manufacturers can easily get greedy, Panasonic obviously chose to keep the price at a point that makes sense.

I put the free wave in flash hot shoe and the cable goes from it to cable release on camera. I prefer to keep my little leveling devise there so I may just strap the free wave to the top of my tripod probably with a rubber band. I am totally free to move where ever I want and it works. It seems so much more substantial than the plastic shutter release that nikon sells. It does have one of those little round batteries so I better buy some extra.

The free wave wireless remote is all I asked for. I use it to reduce vibrations with long lenses. The range is good. There us a shutter release on the receiver, in addition to the wireless transmitter which is great for checking the system. If you have more than one camera, remember to purchase the extra cords(different camera connections ) Above all else, a great price in comparison.

Bought this for a trip to Hawaii and worked nicely up until the point where my camera ate a huge wave. The polarizer still works but the camera doesn't. Brought a lot more contrast to the clouds. Sometimes a little difficult to remove

I lost a camera to a rogue wave at the Hermosa Beach Pier a few weeks ago. Had I had this rain cover, I could have saved my camera and lens. Better safe than sorry, a lesson learned the hard way by me, hopefully not any of you. Pick up this 2 pack of rain covers.

I bought this inverter to charge my camera batteries while I am in my car. I was very skeptical of the pure sine wave output claim, but have since verified this while it was under a 100W resistive load (see photo)
