Zagg Backlit Keyboard Case For Ipad Air

I am loving this case, i got this because i needed the backlit keyboard, had a zagg case before this and that was amazing, will not buy any other brand for my ipads

I purchased my iPad Air with the Apple Magic Keyboard. That keyboard is great for stationary use of the iPad (for sheer typing, it is better than the ZAGG and comes with a trackpad. However, I did not feel at all comfortable placing the iPad in a backpack with the Magic Keyboard; it did not protect the sides and the Apple Pencil was only secured by the charging magnet (it always came off during transport). With the ZAGG, the iPad is much more protected, and it secures the pencil to the case while also charging. The iPad can remain in the case, while either removed from the keyboard or reversed for use as a tablet. The Keyboard has a USB-C charging port, so an additional cord is not necessary (if only Apple would upgrade the iPhone to an USB-C…). It also holds a very long charge. If you travel a lot or frequently move your iPad, I highly recommend this keyboard.

I tired to order the heavy duty keyboard from Zagg but they don’t make one yet for the newer iPad Air or Pro This is designed, built and fits perfectly with the iPad, So hopefully it holds up in the field.

The Zagg keyboard case for my iPad is great. Being able to detach the iPad is very easy and helpful.

I got the Zagg Pro Keys (folding/flip out style detachable case with my iPad Air 4th generation and it didn’t cut it. It seemed flimsy for continuously opening and shutting (mobile). It was broken in 4 months of household use. I scrapped it and replaced it with the Zagg Rugged Book and have zero complaints. It stays charged, allows me to take my iPad Air 4 anywhere with confidence, and has well thought out features (volume, playlist forward/reverse) excellent backlighting, etc.). I’d recommend the Rugged Book for anyone who wants a durable keyboard/case. I love it!

The Zagg Pro Keys Keyboard and Case for the Apple iPad Air 4 is an excellent value. The keyboard keys have a solid tactile feel. I have large hands, so the keyboard feels too small. That being said, all 10 inch case keyboards feel small when you have large hands. Contrary to many reviews, the iPad does go to sleep when you close the case. I really like the removable case for the iPad. It has a solid, smooth but tactile feel. I think the textured back makes all the difference. In conclusion this is flexible, will protect your iPad, and is well worth the money.

I had to get a new iPad, mine was obsolete. I had a Belkin keypad case on my old iPad Air. So, I looked for a new Belkin keyboard case, only to find Belkin isn’t making them anymore, for which I am sooo happy. If they had I never would have found my Zagg Rugged Book. It took we 3 weeks of researching and watching reviews to find the Zagg Rugged Book. I can see why Belkin is no longer making the keyboard cases. They couldn’t keep up to the quality of Zagg’s products. Now, that I’ve used my Zagg keyboard case, I wonder why did I ever accepted the inferior Belkin keypad case? The Zagg case material is very sturdy, it’s solid. I love the rubbery material around the edges of the keyboard and the screen, this will protect me from bumps and bangs. The magnet attaching the screen to the keyboard is very strong. I was really concerned it wouldn’t hold. I can hold on tp the screen and shake it and it doesn’t come off. I LOVE my Zagg Rugged Book. I finally found the only case I’ll ever need. Thank you Zagg.
