Zagg Rugged Book Keyboard Folio For Ipad Air

I got the Zagg Pro Keys (folding/flip out style detachable case with my iPad Air 4th generation and it didn’t cut it. It seemed flimsy for continuously opening and shutting (mobile). It was broken in 4 months of household use. I scrapped it and replaced it with the Zagg Rugged Book and have zero complaints. It stays charged, allows me to take my iPad Air 4 anywhere with confidence, and has well thought out features (volume, playlist forward/reverse) excellent backlighting, etc.). I’d recommend the Rugged Book for anyone who wants a durable keyboard/case. I love it!

Hey everyone, I find my Zagg Rugged Book fits perfectly to my iPad Air. It is the most stylish, sturdier than the last product I used before. It is the most perfect iPad protector on the market, in my opinion. Buy one for yourself and see for yourself. I had to get a new iPad, mine was obsolete. I had a Belkin keypad case on my old iPad Air. So, I looked for a new Belkin keyboard case, only to find Belkin isn’t making them anymore, for which I am sooo happy. If they had I never would have found my Zagg Rugged Book. It took we 3 weeks of researching and watching reviews to find the Zagg Rugged Book. I can see why Belkin is no longer making the keyboard cases. They couldn’t keep up to the quality of Zagg’s products. Now, that I’ve used my Zagg keyboard case, I wonder why did I ever accepted the inferior Belkin keypad case? The Zagg case material is very sturdy, it’s solid. I love the rubbery material around the edges of the keyboard and the screen, this will protect me from bumps and bangs. The magnet attaching the screen to the keyboard is very strong. I was really concerned it wouldn’t hold. I can hold on tp the screen and shake it and it doesn’t come off. I LOVE my Zagg Rugged Book. I finally found the only case I’ll ever need. Thank you Zagg.

Zagg is a quality brand yet less expensive when compared to Apple’s folio or magic keyboards. I like the fact that I can detach it from the keyboard and my ipad will still have the maximum protection. Typing on the keyboard also feels good, even better for an ipad keyboard. I will buy Zagg again on anyday!

This is my second Zagg iPad Rugged Book purchase. For reference, the first one was going strong; however that 6 year old iPad of mine; it had become more of a relic & doorstop. My company got me a new IPad (different size of course), but I could not imagine me not having another Zagg. My new Zagg Rugged Book is even better. Super versatile; impenetrable protection; “forever” battery life … Kudos Zagg!

This is my third rugged book. I am very hard on my electronics because they are used for work. That being said I have never wanted for another lighted keyboard- protective case. Ever! This is the only product is will ever use for my IPad. With this third case Zagg has made some changes/upgrades. The keys still feel great, pressure and tactile feel are fantastic and slightly better. The Illumination is much brighter than my other two. The run time has improved also. Just leave it on and don’t worry about it. When it wakes up it is way faster than previous editions and applies the letters correctly. The magnetic hinge has been improved as well. Much smoother as well. Subtitle key face changes have improved productivity. This being my third case really says nothing bad about Zagg, like I said “I use them.” I consider the case and keyboard as a consumable. They are going to break just like anything that gets used a whole lot. Customer service is still top notch also. You will not be disappointed with this Rugged Book.

My first experience with ZAGG case was a great one. I had the rugged version for a work IPAD. Therefore, I knew what brand of case I wanted for my new IPAD purchase. This case is easy to install and stays in place well. The keyboard has a great layout for comfortable typing. This feature makes my IPAD feel more like a laptop when needed. If you use your IPAD more like a tablet, this may annoy you. You will have the keyboard in your hand when in portrait mode. Great purchase for my needs. The battery life for the keyboard will last for many days. Both IPAD and keyboard both use C Type chargers.

It had worked perfect for my notes and doodling. I have had no issues & it fit perfect with my zagg rugged keyboard for my iPad air 10.9 tablet.

I tired to order the heavy duty keyboard from Zagg but they don’t make one yet for the newer iPad Air or Pro This is designed, built and fits perfectly with the iPad, So hopefully it holds up in the field.

I have the Rugged Book on my iPad Mini (for many years) and iPad Air (new). I use them daily. They are protected very well. Fits perfect. Keyboard works great. I am very happy with this product hence the decision to buy the second one was very easy.
