Great joystick and controller! Definitely a step up from the T.1000. Glad I went with this one, very happy with the product.

Arrived in good time. Somewhat different than my T.16000M setup. It took a bit to get used to it on the XBox as it doesn't show in accessories, but works fine. Too bad there are no XBox drivers for the Thrustmaster T.16000M setups I have, otherwise I could have used that one of those instead of getting a whole new joystick. Can't have both the controller and the joystick on at the same time as the game defaults to the controller, so I had to turn that off in order to use the stick.

This Logitech joystick/flight controller has met every expectation for my gaming experience. Starting with the price, it was extremely reasonable. It was very easy to just plug in and go with the USB cord. No need to for calibration of any kind. It is also very versatile for the different uses that various gamers may have. The packaging was very easy to open and also designed for ease of product replacement in case of need for return. The only drawback is that there were no instructions included for programming the series of buttons on the base of the joystick. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend the Logitech G Extreme 3D Pro Joystick to other gamers.

i have mine combined with the t.1600m joystick. They work very nice together. Lots of buttons to use. About the stickyness of the throttle - out of the box i felt it's a bit much especially when moving the throttle slowly in it's axis. BUT, after tweeking it a little (there are clear instructions in the manual how to do that) it is much much better! All in all - a very good product if you're a casual simmer like me.

Gamepad connected up and worked right off the bat! I am running Windows 8 and expected problems with the Logitech Wireless F710. If you get one and it does not work you probably need the driver. This is available for free download at the Logitech support site. I had purchased a used gamepad and spent hours with WINDOW 8 drivers until I finally decided the gamepad was defective and returned it. Play it safe and buy a new one or have the shipper verify that it does definitely work. You can test the gamepad easily by using the control panel devices screen. A gamepad icon should show up. Click on that and you can find a way to test the device. THE LOGITECH F710 GAMEPAD IS INDEED COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 8.

I am delighted with the joystick camera controller. It is everything that we hoped that it would be. Its a huge step up in precise control for the camera - so much more sophisticated than the camera's included remote control that we were previously using. I am very satisfied.

i own an AC130 for weddings and wanted personal pocket camcorder that i can use as a backup wedding camcorder in case something happens during the shoot. i went with this primarily because of: -dual card recording!!! -joystick!!! -XLR plus with separate channel controls!!!! -you'll know xlr mics are on or off, depending on audio level display -manual controls (via ring and joystick. i hate touch screen)!!!! -red manual focus peak. i prefer this over the zoom in focus. -3.5 lcd screen helps with manual focus -manual iris, gain, and aperture control WHILE recording, via small knob and selection button. -removable xlr and hood. to look like consumer camcorder -the stock battery life is over 200 mins for recording. that's 3 hours of recording. yes this is my baby!!! mostly for family and fun. Con: -only dislike for a pro camera is that you have to remove the camera from the tripod to change battery. must be canon's trademark. -no ND control. only off or auto. which is kinda weird. -No button for photo. to take a photo while recording or not, is done via touchscreen button. but i don't use it so no biggie. compared to the HFG20 which i was looking at, the XA20 is thicker widthwise by maybe almost half an inch. HFG20 has no XLR and no joystick. and the HFG30 has no XLR. this is why i went with XA20. i have yet to compare this with the AC130. the AC130 has usable gain at 9db. i'm not sure what the XA20's usable gain is. it goes up to 24db. also, the audio level has a single bar when using the onboard or minijack mic. you'll know the xlr is on when the audio level has 2 bars for input 1 and 2. being canon, i'm sure this will last for years to come.
