Zoom H4 Essential Manual

I use to put my ZOOM h4 on Canon 550d. It does the job properly.

My first Zoom product, I was going to buy zoom h4, but when I heard that the H6 was coming out, I waited a couple weeks and I nod regret. Great sound quality and well built. I used it a few times and it is so easy to navigate through the menu. Yes, I would recommend this product.

I use this to connect my H4 Zoom to my 7D. A little pricey for my taste. It has made my life easier being able to connect the H4 zoom to the camera. So I guess it has paid for itself in making my shooting life better.

I bought this product to be able to plug my Rode Videomic in the Zoom H4 and use it in its 4Channel function.

Easy to setup and easy to use. I've used a Zoom H4 and it was very similar and there was almost no learning curve.

And I believe this H6 performance has met people's expectations. I'm cinematographer and for me this product is really practical and its quality and price have proper place. I needed a way to combine the audio from my Zoom H4 audio recorder and the video from my JVC camcorder, when I discovered I could use the Zoom as an external mic. I just needed a way to attach it to the hot shoe of the JVC. The Hot Shoe Adapter was the last piece of the puzzle. Now I have mo better audio than with my shotgun, and I also have a recorder.

I use a small arm screwed into the clap to mount my H4 Zoom to my Manfrotto tripod. The whole unit is now right in front of me. I can work the camera, look down on one of the legs and see the sound recording levels, and monitor the quality without having to have a second stand. The claps are solid and I expect to have them for many years.
