Zoom Microphones For Iphone

Most noteworthy is that this device allows me to connect my studio microphones directly into the iPhone X. (I'm talking about my Schoeps, Neumann, and Sennheiser 48 volt, XLR, recording mics.) It displaces the less than satisfying mic built into the iPhone, and allows fine audio to be used for all apps requiring a microphone. There is plenty of headroom, and it's quiet. There is also a monitoring circuit for headphones. Input XLR, output Lightning direct to iPhone.

I use this product with the Zoom H4N audio recorder and (2) ATR 3350 Audio Technica Lavaliere Microphones. These adapters plug into the the microphones stereo jack and convert it to a mono XLR signal that the recorder likes.With out these adapters your H4N will not get any signal from the microphones.Whats really great is I these adapters have enabled me to use two wired lavs that will record to two separate audio tracks, and wont suffer from problems that wireless can..The mic and the adapter as a kit cost inexpensive and the quality of sound is very acceptable with the H4N's recording volume at 85..I havent had these adapters long but so far I haven't found any issues. The build and quality seem like they will last through a bit of professional abuse.. but with all electronic equipment the better you handle it the less chance you have of failure.I would recommend this product to anyone who is trying to make their ATR3350 Mic work with their ZOOM H4N recorder.

Great for doing auditions while on the road or for using my iPhone as an auxiliary camera for Zoom.

This pack will hold it all! I needed for extra microphones, batteriesand even my small Zoom H4 recorder! can easily work on my belt and the small strap can work just as well if i just want it around my shoulder. Anything from PortaBrace is so well made, you can never go wrong!

I use the zoom h6 primarily as a portable audio mixer/recorder with mulitple microphones for shooting dslr video. So the added xlr inputs will allow me to plug up to 6 mics which is probably more than ill ever need. It works exactly like the inputs and level knobs work on the recorder itself. No complaints or problems.

I use these TR50 microphones with a Zoom H4N recorder to create an independent sound track for video/DVD production and I find they work very well indeed. Small negative point is that the microphone XLR connector is quite large/bulky and when the mic(s) are connected to the H4N recorder, the connector(s) hinders concealment of this portable recording unit when it is strapped/attached to your body.

This is the best sounding microphone on Zoom out of 30 microphones tried. Really good sound quality too. Others ask about it all the time.

I have tried various microphones for Zoom court proceedings, including a gooseneck and the computer internal. I also tried the RodeLav+ with the lapel attachment. Once I put the RodeLav+ in this headset, however, the other options were clearly inferior. Having the mic right at mouth level made a world of difference.
