Purchased for transferring files between home devices. This drive is fast. I had a much older Lexar SSD but the USB 3.2 is a huge leap in speed. I do find the drive can get quite warm when working hard but it’s not alarming. This SSD has already become indispensable. I easily move large files and media from my PC to my laptop for both secure backup and for travel. 5
