A: Hello Glanluca, The regular media for your printer will do matte or lustre. On the setup page in your computer or in the app if sending from a phone/tablet there is a check box for Matte. The default is Lustre but you can easily change the default. We change the surface based upon the voltage from the print head on the final clear coat ribbon within the printer. A: Thank you for the question. Because the CK-3810 media is designed to print 8 x 10, you would need to use CK-3812 to print 8 x 12. While you can't print 8 x 12 on CK-3812, you could print 8 x 10 on CK-3812.

A: The CP-D80DW is only sold in Europe and Asia and is not for sale in the US. The proper media for they printer is CK-D868. I do not recommend trying CK-D746 as it most likely will not work because the printer's firmware may not recognize it.
