The 8x25 Terra ED compact are even better. They gather more light and are much easier to hold steady resulting in a much clearer brighter crisper image. For all around use hikeing,boating,ballgames,Bird watching. In a compact binocular the Zeiss 8x25 Terra Ed compact are the best I have used.
