The MuxLab 4K/60 KVM HDMI over IP PoE Receiver allows HDMI & USB equipment to be connected up to 330' over an Ethernet LAN, supports HDMI up to 4K @ 60Hz (4:4:4) via Cat5e/6 cable in multiple point-to-point and point-to- multipoint configurations. The Receiver (500800-RX) supports PoE (PD) if used with a PoE (PSE) Ethernet Switch.

A: 40 feet is the longest I would go with HDMI to maintain signal quality. I use a 20 ft output cable with this splitter and it works great. However, if it sits for a long time without a signal going through it...it might go on standby and you'll have to reset the unit.

Q: 8. Does this camera work with a RM-BR 300 controller?

A: Hi Richard, the RM-BR300 controller is discontinued so there will be no support for it. However, the BRC-X400 does include RS-422 control protocol. You can make your own cables with Cat5/6 and use the green phenix connectors that came with the RM-BR300. ~Ralph
