A: These both work equally well on an RC2 connection. Though the Peak Design would work better with Arca-Type systems and it would work with their Capture Camera Clip. If using Manfrotto Arca systems get the Manfrotto. If using other manufacturer Arca systems it is best to get the Peak Design.

Q: 10. How much does this weigh? When full, are the back pack straps comfortable? It doesn't look like they are padded. A few more pictures would be very helpful.

A: The black cordura and leather version is actually the lightest: 1.68 kg (camera satchel included). The back straps are fine, not padded but wide enough and in comfortable cotton.
